Our Project Manager, Artem Rarov presented one of our cases – “Optimization of customer support and service delivery using chatbots on the example of IQOS case”.
In his speech, Artem noted that the customers today prefer faster companies to slower ones. Speed of communication becomes a critical competitive advantage, and retail is no exception. Customers no longer want to spend a long time searching for information on websites, calling operators and meeting with consultants. They want the information to be available instantly and in full on a specific issue that interests them now.
And the most optimal tool for this task is a multiplatform and multifunctional bot for communication with customers, in particular for technical support and order processing.
